Can I save a card and finish it later?
Yes. Once you're a registered Tree-Free customer you can edit, change or modify your order anytime.

Can I apply the same personalization to another card?
No, you would need to personalize each card separately.

Can I save a card I've already sent and send it to someone e'se?
Yes you can simply change the recipient and update the personalization.

How do I share personalization with others?
Click the "Share Personalzation- button and share on social media or email the link to others.

Can I upload my address book?
Yes you can upload your address book, and send and schedu e cards.

Can I choose my forever stamp?
We will be offering multiple Forever stamp designs in the future .

I made a mistake on my card, can I fix it after my order has been submitted?
You can fix the card until its sent out.

How will I know that my card has been sent ?
You'll get an email confirmation when your card has shipped.

Can I send more than one card to the same address?
Yes, you can save addresses and use them for additional cards with a current order in the future.

Can I send the same card to different people?
Yes, however you'll need to apply personalized messages and addresses for each card.

How long does it take to send my cards ?
We stove to mail cards within 3 business days, unless you specify a later date.

Can I ship outside of the United States?
Write and send is available in the continental US

Is there expedited shipping?
We send your cards using 1st class "Forever postage stamps. There are no options for expedited or overnight shipping currently.

Where are you mailing your cards from.
Our cards are mailed from Keene, NH.

Can I add a gift card ?
We don't currently offer a gift card option.
