ADDITIONAL TERMS & POLICIES:

 

Standard Domestic Shipping: For retail orders: our standard shipping option is free for orders over $50.  The cost is $7.99 for orders under $50. We ship via the carrier of our choice (usually FedEx) and orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Free Shipping is determined after coupons/discounts have been applied. In order to get free shipping, you must select this option at checkout. 

Tracking: If you created an account, you can track your order by logging into your account. Order status and tracking information will be provided in the "orders" section. If you checked out as a guest, you can contact our customer service team by phone at 1-866-873-3373 Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm EST or email us at sales@tree-free.com.

 

Returns: For defective product, Tree-Free will replace items free of charge.  Please contact customer service via orders@tree-free.com

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) For other returns, customer assumes cost of return shipping; refunds for anything other than defective items will incur a 30% restocking fee.  Product must be in “like new” resellable condition in order for a refund to be processed.

 

Please email orders@tree-free.com to request a FREE FedEx mailing label.  Include your order number in the subject line.


Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 7 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
