Where is my order?
We make all of our cards fresh, and strive to ship most orders that come in before 12 PM EST within 2 business days.
A few things to check the status of your order.
- Log in to your account and check the status.
- Check your email in-box and spam folders. We send out an initial confirmation email, as well as a follow-up "fulfillment" email which indicates your order is being fulfilled. That's when the 2 business-day timer typically starts.
- If it's been over 2 business days from your fulfillment notification and you haven't received a shipment notification, feel free to email "email@example.com" - please include your order number, and if possible forward your order to that address.
